Words cannot express how grateful I am for the entire team at CPS. I first used their services about 5 years ago. I was hosting a Bat Mitsvah at one of my venues and had about 300 guests there. Apparently I had a malfunction with my grease trap, and grease began backing up through my kitchen and into my dining area. Being that it was 9pm on a Saturday I couldn’t get Grea**masters, All S**r, or anyone else to answer the phone. That’s when I came upon CPS. Lisa answered the phone right away and had a truck on site within 25 minutes. They got the trap pumped, corrected my malfunction and saved the night! Fast forward to today and I use CPS across my entire portfolio of properties in the St Louis area, 35 of them to be exact. They’re always there when I need them, and anytime I pop in to show my appreciation, Erin is always at the front desk with a smile on her face!
